3. Our Services

We provide professional cleaning services for private and corporate Clients, including:

cleaning of homes and apartments (regular, deep and post-renovation cleaning);

cleaning of offices, warehouses, retail outlets and other commercial premises, including subscription cleaning;

washing of soft surfaces (upholstered furniture, mattresses, carpets);

polishing and sealing of hard floors;

cleaning of windows and building facades;

delivery of cleaning supplies and consumables.

The description of Services on the Website is for general information only. The exact scope, frequency and price of each Service are set out in the Quote or Service Agreement.

4. Use of the Website

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, disrupt its operation, introduce malicious code, or collect data from it by automated means without our written permission.

You must provide accurate information in any form you submit and must not submit data about another person without their knowledge.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may change or remove content at any time.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites and social networks (for example Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Client names, logos and testimonials appear on the Website with the permission of their owners.

5. Requesting a Quote and concluding a Service Agreement

Quotes are free of charge. You can request a Quote through the contact form, by phone or by email.

A request for a Quote is not a binding order and does not oblige either party.

We prepare the Quote after receiving the information we need about the Site (type, size, condition, location, access, desired frequency). We may ask to inspect the Site or request photos. Where the Site differs materially from the information provided, we may adjust the Quote.

Unless stated otherwise, a Quote is valid for 30 days.

The Service Agreement is concluded when the Client accepts the Quote in writing (including by email or message) or by phone and we confirm the booking. For corporate and subscription Services, a written contract signed by both parties may be used; where such a contract exists, it prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.

Services are performed in Bulgarian. We can communicate in English on request.

6. One-time and subscription Services

One-time Services (for example post-renovation or deep cleaning) are performed on the agreed date and for the agreed price.

Subscription Services are performed regularly on an agreed schedule (daily, weekly or another frequency) at the agreed subscription price. Subscription prices are generally more favourable than one-time prices.

Unless the Service Agreement states a different notice period, either party may terminate a subscription with 30 days’ written notice. Services already performed remain payable.

We may serve Sites outside Sofia under subscription arrangements, subject to agreement.

7. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in euro (EUR). For Consumers, prices include VAT. For Business Clients, prices are stated without VAT unless the Quote says otherwise, and VAT is added at the applicable rate.

The price is fixed in the Quote. Additional work requested on site, or work made necessary by conditions that were not disclosed to us (for example exceptional soiling or inaccessible areas), is charged only after we inform you and you agree.

We issue an invoice for every Service. Payment is made by bank transfer, cash, card or another method agreed in advance, within the term stated on the invoice or in the Service Agreement. If no term is stated, payment is due on completion of the Service for Consumers and within 7 days of the invoice date for Business Clients.

In case of late payment, we may charge statutory interest and suspend further Services until the overdue amount is paid.

8. Client responsibilities

To allow us to perform the Services properly, the Client must:

provide timely and safe access to the Site, including keys, access cards or codes, and parking or loading access where needed;

ensure that water and electricity are available;

tell us in advance about any hazards, allergies, pets, alarm systems, fragile, valuable or sensitive items, and special surfaces or requirements;

remove or secure cash, jewellery, important documents, personal data media and other valuables before our team arrives;

ensure that someone is available or reachable to receive the Services where agreed.

If the team cannot start or complete the Service because of lack of access or because the Site is unsafe, we may charge for the time and costs incurred, and the Service may need to be rescheduled.

9. Scheduling, changes and cancellation

You can reschedule or cancel a booked visit free of charge by notifying us at least 24 hours before the agreed start time.

If you cancel or change the booking less than 24 hours before the start time, or if we cannot access the Site, we may charge up to 50% of the price of that visit to cover reserved capacity and costs.

Window and facade cleaning and other outdoor work may be postponed because of weather or safety conditions, without any charge to either party.

If we need to reschedule because of staff illness, technical problems or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will inform you as soon as possible and propose a new time.

10. Right of withdrawal for Consumers

If the Service Agreement is concluded at a distance (for example by phone, email or through the Website) or outside our business premises, a Consumer has the right to withdraw from it within 14 days from the date of conclusion, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Protection Act.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement (for example by email to [email protected]). We can provide a model withdrawal form on request, but its use is not mandatory.

If you ask us to start the Service within the 14-day period and then withdraw, you must pay a proportionate amount for the part of the Service already provided up to the moment you informed us of the withdrawal.

If the Service has been fully performed at your express request, and you acknowledged that you would lose the right of withdrawal once we fully performed it, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

This section does not apply to Business Clients.

11. Quality, complaints and remedies

We perform the Services with due professional care, using professional equipment and cleaning products.

Please inspect the result on completion, or as soon as possible afterwards. If you find that an agreed part of the Service was not performed or was performed insufficiently, notify us (phone or email, with photos if possible) within 48 hours of completion, so that we can verify the issue.

If the complaint is justified, we will correct the problem free of charge within a reasonable time, normally by repeating the affected part of the Service. If correction is not possible or fails, you may ask for a proportionate reduction of the price or, where appropriate, a refund of the relevant part of the price.

Some conditions cannot be fully removed by cleaning, for example permanent or aged stains, discolouration, corrosion, wear, limescale damage, pre-existing damage and fabric or surface limitations. We will tell you about such limitations where we notice them, and they are not treated as defects of the Service.

The rights of Consumers under mandatory law are not affected by this section.

12. Liability

We are liable for damage to the Client’s property or to third parties caused by our fault or the fault of our employees or subcontractors in the course of performing the Services, in accordance with Bulgarian law.

Please report any damage as soon as you discover it, and preferably before our team leaves the Site, so that it can be documented. Late reports may make it harder to establish the cause.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or damage caused by information not disclosed to us, by pre-existing defects, or by the Client’s failure to follow reasonable instructions. For Business Clients, our liability for each incident is limited to the price of the Service performed in the affected visit, except in case of intent or gross negligence.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, and Consumers’ statutory rights.

13. Safety, keys and confidentiality

Our team follows workplace safety rules. We may refuse or interrupt work that cannot be performed safely, including work at height where safe access is not provided.

Keys, cards and access codes entrusted to us are used only for performing the Services, are kept securely, and are returned or deleted at the end of the engagement or on your request.

We and our staff keep confidential any non-public information we learn about the Client and the Site while performing the Services.

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Subcontractors

We may use qualified subcontractors for part of the Services. We remain responsible to the Client for the proper performance of the Services.

15. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, epidemics, acts of authorities, strikes, power or utility outages, or other force majeure events. The affected party must notify the other party promptly and make reasonable efforts to resume performance.

16. Intellectual property

The Website, its design, texts, images, logos, video and other content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use them commercially without our prior written consent.

17. Privacy and cookies

How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and how we use cookies in our Cookie Policy. Both are available on the Website and form part of these Terms by reference.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Website on the date of your request applies to your Service Agreement. Changes do not affect Service Agreements already concluded, unless the law requires otherwise or you agree.

19. Governing law, complaints and disputes

These Terms and any Service Agreement are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria.

We encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] or +359 88 400 3000. We will try to resolve any complaint amicably and answer within a reasonable time.

Consumers may also contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (www.kzp.bg) or an alternative dispute resolution body competent in the relevant sector, and may bring proceedings before the competent court under mandatory consumer rules.

For Business Clients, any dispute that cannot be settled amicably is referred to the competent Bulgarian court in Sofia, unless the parties agreed otherwise in writing.
